Our Beginning

petal-otter was founded in 2019 with a straightforward mission: to make property viewing accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or schedule constraints.

What started as a small team serving the London market has grown into a nationwide operation, conducting thousands of virtual showings each year across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Our founders recognised that the traditional property viewing model was broken. Buyers wasting weekends travelling to unsuitable properties, overseas investors unable to assess UK opportunities, busy professionals struggling to arrange viewings during working hours.
